SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY
Fluid Motion Research, LLC. (www.MoveEasyPainRelief.com) strives to provide you with the highest standards in customer satisfaction when you purchase our products.
Our policies here include information on shipping methods, types of payments accepted, return requirements and refund information. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our policy below or contact us for further instructions.
All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. All U.S. orders are currently shipped via the U.S. Postal Service unless special arrangements for delivery are mutually agreed upon prior to shipping. You will be promptly notified of any change. Orders shipped by priority service average 3-7 business days from date of order to reach their destination. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete and accurate street address for all orders.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before reaching the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Accepted Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal only. All online orders are processed through a 256 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption process to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and approved your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Return and Refund Policy
How To Return An Item:
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to strict health and hygienic regulations, your item(s) must be in its original, unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Exceptions can be made if there is a manufacturer defect, such as broken or cracked containers upon delivery or receiving an inaccurate order.

2. Mail the item you wish to return to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Confirmation of returned item delivery is the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be minus the original shipping cost, unless the return is due to manufacturer's error. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
